Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how refunds and cancellations work for tickets purchased through Dominican Bridge Events.

Cancellations by the buyer

You may request a refund up to 7 days before the event for a full refund of the ticket price.

Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event start time are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellations by the organizer

If Dominican Bridge cancels an event, you will automatically receive a full refund to the original payment card within 5–10 business days.

Rescheduled events

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the announcement.

No-shows

No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment card and typically appear in 5–10 business days. Refunds are processed in the original transaction currency (DOP).

Email support@dominicanbridge.com with your order code. Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days.
