Delivery Policy
Dominican Bridge sells digital tickets to in-person events. There is no physical product shipped.
How tickets are delivered
Immediately after a successful payment, an email confirmation is sent to the address provided at checkout. The email contains your order code, event details, the full venue address, and a QR code that serves as your admission ticket.
Delivery time
Tickets are delivered automatically within 5 minutes of payment authorization. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder and contact support@dominicanbridge.com.
Admission
Present the QR code on your phone (or printed) at the event entrance. Each QR code is valid for a single admission.
