These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of events.dominicanbridge.com (the "Site") and the purchase of event tickets from Dominican Bridge. By using the Site or buying a ticket, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to purchase tickets. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

2. Tickets and orders

A ticket purchase is a license to attend the specific event on the date and at the venue indicated. Tickets are personal and non-transferable unless we explicitly state otherwise. Each ticket admits one person unless the event description specifies otherwise. Tickets must be presented (digitally or printed) at the entrance with a valid government-issued ID.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Dominican Pesos (DOP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed by AZUL on a secure, PCI-DSS certified payment page. Dominican Bridge does not receive or store full card numbers. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors with a full refund.

4. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Conduct at events

Attendees must comply with the rules of the venue and any instructions from event staff. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behavior is unsafe, illegal, or disruptive, without refund.

6. Changes and cancellations by us

We may change the date, time, venue, or format of an event when reasonably necessary. If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund as described in the Refund Policy. We are not liable for incidental costs (travel, lodging, etc.) you may incur in connection with attending an event.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dominican Bridge's total liability arising out of or related to your use of the Site or attendance at an event is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant ticket. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Dominican Bridge or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the latest changes were made. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
